He was sympathetic and very informative, his experience in the medical field was invaluable and he helped us through a difficult birth. I have been a Doula for 10 years. I am a Bradley method natural childbirth teacher for 11. I attend home, hospital and independent (free births) births. I offer discounts for birth classes to my Doula clients and vise versa. I am a mother of 6. I am a Breastfeeding advocate. I am a baby wearer. I teach cloth diapering. I limit my client intake to no more than 2 clients per month. I feel that it allows for more personal attention and allows for my classes and other services.

Coming from a massage therapist background, my goal is to help you balance your body with exercises and movements that address your unique posture and daily habits. A balanced body has optimal space for baby to move and get into the best position for labor - and that makes all the difference in delivery! She was extremely professional, helpful, answered all of my questions and advocated for me and my wishes. She helped my husband navigate the birthing process and made sure I was okay with everything. I've been working with children and parents for over 10 years, in many different ways from teaching, newborn care, consulting and more. After the first time I provided postpartum care 4 years ago, I knew I wanted to do more outside of a classroom.
