Practice overview
I've been working with children and parents for over 10 years, in many different ways from teaching, newborn care, consulting and more. After the first time I provided postpartum care 4 years ago, I knew I wanted to do more outside of a classroom.
I received my certification to be a Birth Doula last year, so far I have attended both vaginal and cesarean births. My interest is in supporting births in home as well as birth centers, and hospital births as well. Regardless of the location, I provide care and education that promotes mother-led births to empower both parents for the labor/birth experience they desire.
I understand that not all parents are interested in or able to have a Doula present as birth so I opened up my services to families looking for a Maternity Consultant. As your Baby Planner aka Maternity I prepare you for birth as well as parenthood with pregnancy nutritional information, birth prep, prenatal yoga sessions, nursery organization and more.
Whether you are looking for a Birth Doula or Maternity Consultant, my goal is to make sure you feel prepared and address every fear I can to remove it & reassure you that, you are fully equipped.
