I provide postpartum overnight support in 8-hour blocks for 6 nights. My hours are from 10 PM-6 AM. Some of the duties I can do is provide light house cleaning, and laundry, support the baby through the night, provide a break for parents, do some cooking, answer questions about newborn care, teach how to side lying feeding and bedsharing if parents choose to do so, provide neuroscience, attachment-based infant sleep tips. Payment plans are available for families.
