Hi my name is Tamica! I’m a mother of three. We moved to Los Angeles from Seattle wa. I have 10+ years as a professional nanny! I have been an emotional support to many friends during and after birth. I have a good friend who suggested looking into becoming a doula! I loved everything that comes with being a doula. Helping families and advocating is one of my strongest passions. I took a Dona training to further my knowledge! I look forward to connecting with families and helping create a calm and safe experience.

After three weeks of bed rest, I thought I was prepared for Lucca to make her way earth-side. But through her birth and all of the unexpected steps my labor required (the magnesium) to get her here safely, I can’t imagine how Trace and I would have coped through all of that if it weren’t for you. You’d think with baby number four we would be seasoned pros. But that simply wasn’t the case.
You have such a remarkable soul. Thank you for making such a special impact on our family. We Will remember you forever.
