Kristina B. | Postpartum Doula in Los Angeles, CA

    Practice overview

I have loved working with babies, kids, and their families for as long as I can remember. I was a preschool teacher and for the past 12 years, I was a nanny. I watched over 5 newborns (not all at once). I got into birth work because I believe in evidence based care for all families seeking it.
I want to assist you and your new family physically, mentally, and emotionally. I'm here to hold the baby while you take some time to nap and or shower, support you in newborn care, set up a nursery, make healthy snacks, be a shoulder to cry on, an extra ear to listen, and your # 1 cheerleader! I'm definitely open to help in anyway I can, feel free to talk to me about what you're looking for!
I also can provide Sibling Doula services as well!

    Care philosophy

I believe that no matter what your family looks like, you deserve judgment free care during your postpartum period. There is too much parent shaming going around and I would like to change that! I believe that a parent needs to choose what is best for their family. Whether it's choosing between formula vs. body feeding, or cloth diapers vs. disposable diapers, etc I am here to back you up!
