I have been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2017 and have been supporting families in stressful situations for over a decade. I began this business with a desire to translate my skills into the postpartum world, as bringing home a new baby is one of the most beautiful, yet stressful, moments in a family's life. I provide empowerment through education and encouragement, celebrating that you are the perfect parent for your child, and cheering you on as you grow into this new role. I support the entire family unit, not just the birthing parent. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and can provide a wealth of resources to ensure that every member of the family adjusts optimally to its newest addition.
