I recommend Jade unconditionally. Jade is and has been a person on whom I have been able to rely and trust, she is bright, conscientious, and continuously seeks opportunities to learn and grow. Along with her intellectual drive, Jade is an exceptional woman, mother, and doula. She has the ability to act promptly when necessary and sit in the discomfort of extreme states without being shaken. She has an ability to stay calm under pressure, has keen insight, and is able to sit in the discomfort of suffering without losing her focus.

Jade is in constant search of information, she takes the time to learn and listen, she seeks answers and she has the rare ability to take criticism as an opportunity for growth. In moments of disagreement, I have witnessed her pause in order to truly hear what underlies the words spoken she then uses the feedback to expand her understanding and form greater connection as she responds with curiosity rather than defensiveness.
