Confusing medical terminology, impersonal interactions, inconsistencies with level of care and so much more are some of the reasons I decided to become a doula. After my unpleasant experience with the birth of my first child , I vowed to help change the way the system treats pregnant women and families (especially in the black community.) I want to help women understand exactly what’s happening with their bodies during labor, delivery & postpartum and allow them to feel fully supported throughout that experience. Some of my services include prenatal stretches, breathing techniques, herbal supplements, meal plans and daily regimens that are 100% customized to fit your specific needs.

She encouraged me the whole time which resulted in a natural, quick and healthy birth. I could never thank her enough for such a great experience. I highly recommend her for anybody looking to have doula support!
