Practice overview
I started apprenticing with a homebirth midwife after my 2 sons were born at home.. She taught me the importance of seeing each mom as an individual without labels. Together, we founded a birth center and midwifery school. I offer a complete prenatal and birth package which includes: a min of 2 prenatal visits, phone contact after ea visit w/ your care provider, use of a birth ball from 36 weeks forward, help formulating a birth plan, phone contact in early labor, accompanying you to your place of birth, advocacy and comfort measures in labor, help with initial latch, minimum of 2 postpartum visits, ongoing breastfeeding support and a copy of my birth notes.

She was the best support, during pregnancy, my (quick) labor, and post baby! So informative, quick to respond, passionate and just the absolute best. I also used Dee as my doula for my son born in 2020. And again, she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable during my labor and didn’t hesitate to help me when needed, mentally and physically. She is the most wonderful human who will always be considered my “second mom” I can never thank her enough!
