Practice overview
My goal is to provide nurturing care so you can heal and recover from the birth experience and bond with your baby. Support can look very different to families as needs change. I provide both emotional and physical support.
Emotional support can be a listening ear so you feel honored, protected and replenished, providing positive reinforcement & reassurance, providing evidence-based informational support, gentle education and referrals when needed.
Physical support can be light meal prep or full meal support, breast or bottle feeding support, newborn care, baby bonding, baby wearing & sleep support, light housekeeping, baby laundry, and sibling care.
