    For the last 23 years my energy and focus has been on raising my own little family. Being a wife and mom, to my 3 kids, has filled my life with adventure, joy, learning, and love. Now that they are mostly grown and don't need me as much, I thought it was time to pursue my passion for taking care of birthing people and helping them to have the best birth experience that they can have. I started my formal training in November 2022. I spent all of 2023 studying, reading, writing, and doula-ing my first client birth. I am now excited and looking forward to a 2024 filled with more births! My care includes 2 in person prenatal appointments, text and call access from 36 weeks on, your labor and birth and 2 postpartum appointments.

    Care philosophy

    As a labor and birth doula my biggest priority is the safety and comfort of my birthing client. It is important to get to know you and your birthing partner (if applicable) to find out what kind of comfort measures and support you are looking for. It is important to be familiar with past deliveries, health issues and traumas to help you feel as seen and comfortable as possible.

      Brandi was an exceptional addition to my birth team.She was very open to researching and finding an answer to my questions and/or concerns. Brandi guided me through different breathing techniques and birthing positions. She was a very stern and encouraging doula. I loved her enthusiasm and determination to help me transition through every hardship that came with my delivery. Brandi is insightful, reliable ,responsive and helpful on all levels she really will go out her way to help you within her guidelines and the way you need it. I truly recommend her. She’s awesome.

      Brandi was amazing. I really don’t know where to start. Me and my friend were having an intense labor , one that last 2-3 days and was very stressful for multiple reasons. But Brandi’s experience, expertise, professionalism all came into play to help us deliver this baby safely and calmly. She didn’t shy away from the nurses , she was alert at all times, pampering and consoling the soon to be mother. Providing assistance to the nurses also. To fast forward , when the baby started to crown, she sprung into action , making she the mother was breathing , doing exercises with her, vocalizing step by step as the babies is being pushed out. And finally held the baby , and you see the happiness on her face. To some it up , Brandi made the us a team, and made the birth …easier, calming and possible. I thank her so much.
