I'll be there to provide emotional and physical support to help you prepare your mind and body to birth your baby. I believe that medical interventions can be avoided with proper labor techniques. My main goal is to ensure that you feel informed, supported and empowered.

Virtual Doula

$ 750

For mamas birthing at hospitals that only allow 1 support person. This package includes 2 prenatal visits (in person or virtually). We will go over your birth plan and labor preparation. I will be on-call during your labor window. Call me when you start to have contractions and I will support you through labor. When you arrive at the hospital, I will continue to support you via Zoom. You will also have a postpartum visit (virtually or in person) just to check in and make sure you are okay.

Birth Doula

$ 900
