I recently moved to Seattle from my hometown of Maple Valley, Washington! Ever since I was young I've been a big feeler of feelings, and have found myself throughout my life gravitating toward support roles for loved ones. Doula work found me through an Instagram post about physiologic home birth supported by a close, intimate birth team. I was immediately enamored not only by the consistency of doula-adjacent roles throughout history, but also by the information and calmness that birth doulas provide today. I finished my formal training in July of 2023, and am thrilled to be serving the Pacific Northwest.

Everybody, with zero exceptions, deserves to have someone on their side who is going to remain on their side no matter their financial situation, age, race, identity, or birth plan. I do not charge for services provided to those that are under the age of 18, unhoused, or under financial restrictions.

-2 prenatal visits prior to due date -On-call for the period of 38 weeks to 42 weeks -Compassionate and Continual labor and birth support for birthing person and partner -Immediate postpartum support following delivery (1-3 hours) -2 postpartum visits in the 4 weeks following delivery -Information and referrals as requested

Alex is very passionate and mindful of their work as a Doula. Alex promotes informative content on her social media platforms that I absolutely love to share and adore. My time with Alex in the workshop was short. However, I enjoyed Alex and made sure to keep her contact information for staying in touch. I have recommended clients to Alex on the westside already because they are very trustworthy and I know Alex will be a great Doula for any clientele. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Alex will find themselves satisfied with a smile on their face.

Alex is an amazing team member and has such a great spirit. I met Alex through out DONA workshop and made sure I kept her contact close because I adore her. Alex is very passionate about their work and creates very informative evidence based content on her platforms I love to share with my community. Anybody who has the opportunity to have Alex apart of their team will be delighted and grateful. Alex has a wonderful presence and has always radiated a positive aura. They are a strong aspect to any team and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for them. I am very pleased to see what she has done since I’ve met her already, and I have already recommended a couple families on the westside of the state to them because I know Alex is an excellent Doula and team member.
