I started my journey in 2013 as a Hypnobirthing doula and in 2014 added postpartum work to my toolkit. I am also a lactation counselor working toward my IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). I have worked with hundreds of families helping them in their journey as new parents and as seasoned parents welcoming a new member to their family. I am also a Yoga Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I focus on pelvic floor and help to slowly bring the birthing parent's back to strength so that they can create a self-care routine while caring for their newborn.

Suzanne was a wonderful support during our complicated pregnancy, labor and delivery. Before going into labor, Suzanne helped us come up with a plan to outline my goals for labor and delivery. Due to health complications, I was induced at 35 weeks and Suzanne was present and encouraging throughout the whole process. She showed flexibility in helping us adjust our plan as labor progressed. After we returned home with our baby, Suzanne was amazing as our postpartum doula offering hands on assistance with our teeny baby. She is wonderful and would be a great support for any birthing person.
