    I don't just connect with my clients, I am my clients. I am a hardworking single mom of 3 who had 3 very different birth journeys. I have done work in my community with the focus on perinatal health and lactation especially for BIPOC. I love to meet clients where they are and create a birth or postpartum plan for where they would like to go. With this I am able to support and inform from a place that is tailored to each birth & Postpartum client

    My philosophy is all birthing bodies should be able to birth confidently with the support of information & TLC as they journey into their new chapter. I also believe the support don't just stop at birth, it continues to postpartum and lactation to. That's why my services have been designed to care for families at various stages of their journey

      Shamica is a warm and nurturing doula. The clients she has supported through MothersCare Doula Services have all given her rave reviews. I have never had to worry that she would not do her utmost to help our clients HAVE THE BEST BIRTH EVER!!! YES I AM SHOUTING FROM THE ROOF TOP MY PRAISES😉. If I were ever to have another child I would ask Shamica to be my doula.
