I was very anxious before delivery, and had identity issues all over my pregnancy to early postpartum. Mayra totally understands my feelings and supports me the way I needed. She’s even better than my psychology therapist for my mental support. I also recommended her to my friend, who had a little bit complex labor, and with her helping all went well. Highly recommend!

She thoughtfully helped us come up with our birth plan and was a reassuring presence during the ups and downs of pregnancy and childbirth. She was really able to communicate well with me, my partner, and the hospital team during the birth. We built a lot of trust with Mayra and worked with her again during my second pregnancy. We were able to have empowered natural births both times and I am so grateful to Mayra for her support in making that happen. I couldn’t have done it without her.
