Designed for families who have already birthed a baby but want to do things differently or as a follow up to child birth 101 to get more in-depth about your chosen child birth plan. This is a private course between myself and your family. Are you planning a homebirth? A water birth? A hospital birth? A cesarean birth? GREAT! Let's make this course specific to your plan. In 2 hour increments over a 4 week period of time, we will cover all the details of your specific planned style of birth as well as, labor techniques, positions, and ways to cope with contractions. Designed for families who have been there, done that and just need a refresher. This child birth course a private course between myself and your family. Highly trained in caring for families who have just welcomed a new baby, I offer evidence based strategies in caring for the family unit. My main focus is caring for mom so she can care for the new baby. That looks different in every home I serve. Guiding parents to proper care for their newborn includes assistance with feeding, sleeping, and caring for the baby while mom and dad practice self care. Discounts for military and first responders are available. Bundle pricing is available when purchasing 16 hours of care or more at once.

I am eager to educate families on breastfeeding, debunking myths and misconceptions that are commonly thought to be fact. Providing evidence based research and information to all families interested in building a successful breastfeeding relationship with their baby is my goal. If you have birthed your baby and are struggling with your breastfeeding relationship, let me help you pin point the problems and get results.
