While living abroad a few years ago, I discovered the joy of helping mothers through the ups and downs of the fourth trimester. I myself had a hard time postpartum without much support, so it felt wonderful to make a difference in others' postpartum experiences. It’s an honor to be invited to walk alongside a family as they navigate such a tender, vulnerable time. I now live in Houston with my husband, two young kids, and our dog Cashew. I love to travel, hike, and pretend I can make latte art.

My focus is on supporting you - directly through physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and practical tasks, but also by providing guidance and education to your partner / supporting adult, as well as to your baby's older siblings. I know that when you know your people are taken care of, it's easier for you to rest and focus on your own needs.

One-time Visit

$ 90

One 3-hour visit of custom in-home postpartum support and care. This option is ideal to bridge a short gap in support, or bolster the support you already have for tackling specific concerns (feeding, baby-wearing, meals, rest, etc.). This would be wonderful as a gift for an expecting or new mother (foster or adoptive parents of newborns, too!).
