Practice overview
Hi, I'm Cynthia and a Certified Holistic Doula providing support during Moms postpartum period. I believe it's during this time where mom's biggest shifts are and through my training and experience, I understand the changes in her body, and believe by meeting mom's nutritional needs are what best to help with postpartum recovery and future wellness. Currently, I'm enrolled in a Postpartum Nutrition certification to best support this as an option. I'm also available to help do the things she may not have time or energy for, like light housekeeping and organizing. Breastfeeding support is available if you choose it as an option.
I provide Night Nanny services so parents can get the sleep they need to function properly through the day. In this, I've certified as Newborn Care Specialist.
During the quarantine, I provided support virtually and decided to keep this option if you choose. In general, after our initial meeting, questions/communication can be made through text and cell.

Although I had experienced a high risk pregnancy 28 years earlier, I was at a loss when my daughter started experiencing symptoms of what was later diagnosed as cholestasis. The calm and comfort she provided helped both of us stay focused.After my grandson was born, she helped us recognize postpartum symptoms which allowed my daughter the ability to heal in a supportive environment! I don’t know what we would have done without her and I will forever be grateful!
