We are birth companions and ambassadors who advocate for the birthing woman before, during, and immediately after childbirth. Our doulas help facilitate a safe, healthy, and positive birth experience. Our doulas assist in childbirth education and preparation, understanding nuances from previous births (if any), and will support the birthing woman with massage and other comfort measures to help alleviate pain. We can also help with creating a birth plan, postpartum plan, and lactation.
