Practice overview
Becoming a doula has always been a dream of mine! I have a deep passion for social & racial justice as well as sexual, pelvic, and perinatal health. I combine all of this to be the best advocate I can for my clients.
It is my fundamental belief that all who are pregnant should be treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and autonomy. Each person should be supported in their choices. My work is trauma informed, HAES (Health at Every Size) centered, and evidence based. The connection you have with your doula is integral. I believe in a gentle, supportive, and educational approach to working with my clients.
As a queer woman who holds a multitude of identities it is of the utmost importance for me to support the LGBTQ+ community, as well as other marginalized and underserved communities.
