    Ever since seeing my brother born in a birth center at age 7, I knew that an unmedicated birth at a birth center was my goal. After two amazing birth experiences (following three pregnancies), one with my daughter, and one as a surrogate for a beautiful baby boy in January 2015, I could not be more excited to help other persons achieve their own birth goals! While my official doula journey started in 2015, I have been supporting people in various capacities my whole life, and this was just the official next step.

    I received my birth doula certification through DONA International, and have continued to study the body, birth, and supporting the birthing person since.

    A doula is almost like a birth sherpa, someone who has walked the path, and can help people navigate the twists and turns of this particular journey. As your doula, I'm there to help people handle the intense emotional and physical aspects of birth, as well as help the Birthing Person tap into their innate potential to birth.

    Birth Doula Package
    As a birth Doula, I provide not only my consistent presence for the whole of your labor and birth, with no hour limits, as well as the time immediately following to help get breastfeeding/chestfeeding started, but also one – two prenatal visits and one postpartum visit. All of this is included in my sliding scale fee of $700 – $1000, paid in two installments.
