Practice overview
I came into birth work in 2018, I have always wanted to support pregnant people and think that being a witness to birth is one of the greatest gifts of life. Before birth work, I was a preschool teacher for a number of years. My doula services are evidence based and I make sure my clients are supported throughout their pregnancy and postpartum. I provide postpartum services as well as birth doula services. I have been trained in the Rebozo technique to provide pain management throughout the labor process. Aside from the Rebozo I also have been trained in trauma informed care and provide support for pregnancy and infant loss. I am intuitive and nurturing and that shows through my support I give each client.

She is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, funny, and has a calm about her that soothes clients and babies. She is wonderful at attuning to a client and anticipating their needs, is a wonderful cook, and became a trusted member of the family for each of the clients she worked with. I can’t fully express how impressed I am at her skillset in supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Hire her, you will not be disappointed.
