With a background in early childhood development, somatic experiencing, attachment theory, sustainable agriculture, community and good ol love, I am passionate about creating environments where families can thrive. We were never meant to do this alone, and you don't have to. I bring a combination of grounded clarity with expansive love into my practice and an honoured to walk with you through this initiation.

Postpartum Support (Day or Night)

Postpartum present a time for healing, connection with baby, and finding a new normal. Many tradition have a window of time honouring this sacred transition. I am here to support you in this process in the modern times. This could include, emotional support, cooking meals, tidying your home, breastfeeding support, education (such as attachment, sleep needs, feed questions etc etc) holding babe so you can shower or sleep, or staying up through the night with babe so you can sleep easier. Minimum 12 hours for hire min 3-4 hour shifts (daytime) min 8 hour shifts (nighttime)
