Because I was born in a different country, when I became pregnant for the first time in 2016, I found myself very curious about the USA laboring and birthing system, and had many questions needing answers. What is a low/high risk pregnancy? What is a natural birth? What is the c-section rate in my state? Who are the care providers that will support me in the birth I desire to have? How can my partner be involved and supportive? What is baby blues? Is breastfeeding important? I could never get enough information about my body and baby! But becoming a mother is like being on a rollercoaster of emotions and information... It can be overwhelming. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful doula by my side for both of my births, who was a great resource, and inspired me to believe in myself and trust my body. I became a Licensed Pre and Post Natal Exercise Trainer in 2019 (GYROTONIC® Method) to help women prepare their body for birth and recovery. During the pandemic, when isolation hit and help was needed the most, I started more intentionally to support women in their journey through pregnancies and births. Feeling a connection and trusting your doula to be by your side along the path that your birth takes is most important. I am here to guide and serve parents navigate through a life-changing experience.

October 7, 2022 at 10:58 am | Client reviewI took prenatal gyrotonics with Pauline, and my weekly lessons made a huge difference on my mental health and physical well-being during my pregnancy and leading up to childbirth. Lessons with Pauline left me feeling physically good (stretched and strengthened and connected with my pelvic floor) and mentally good. As a first-time mom, lessons with Pauline were a sort of therapy! Additionally, I had a very healthy, normal pregnancy and a fast delivery (I only pushed for 30 minutes). I can’t help but feel that my lessons with Pauline made this possible!

She is very knowledgeable and will help and support you with whatever you need! She was my biggest cheerleader when things were tough and always listen to my concerns and worries to find the best solution or outcome! I cannot recommend Pauline enough, whoever gets to work work with her will be extremely lucky!

Not to mention after the water broke & then the talks with my husband! Pauline was so wonderful from the beginning to the end. I am sooo very happy that Pauline is a Doula & a Super Mom to her own 2 beautiful & handsome garçons xxx

Pauline is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely talented at hands-on physical support during labor. It was amazing to have both my husband and Pauline helping me through contractions. I chose not to have an epidural and truly would not have been able to have the birth we wanted without Pauline’s support. She has a calming presence and helped me feel at ease during a very intense labor. My husband really appreciated her support to him on how to best help me in the moment. I also looked to Pauline for recommendations for local lactation consultants, photographers, and postpartum doulas. We cannot recommend her enough, whether this is your first baby or third.
