Practice overview
As a holistic nutritionist and birth doula, I help women gain clarity and shed overwhelm through pre-conception, pregnancy, and childbirth. I am based in Athens, GA, where I provide in-person doula and nutrition support. I also accept virtual clients for nutrition support, whether in the pre-conception, pregnancy or postpartum phase.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with women as they prepare for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth. I believe food is what connects us all and is at the root of all necessary healing - whether your goal is to sleep more, improve digestion, or promote fertility. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me on a stroll in my neighborhood, perusing vintage shops, or putting a slab of butter on whatever piece of food I have in my hand.

She is present, open, honest and kind from the minute you meet her. I met Noni toward the end of my pregnancy when I decided a doula would be really helpful. I found Noni after a long-search for the “right fit”. From the moment we connected online I knew she was it for us! Her enthusiasm for her work & her obvious skill stood out to me. Because I first contacted her in the last week of my pregnancy, it wasn’t until midnight before my birth that we met in person. I was mid-contraction when she showed up in the dark to my bedside! I immediately felt her calm presence and felt at ease and extremely confidence we made the right choice. From there, her confident and gentle demeanor is what I remembered as I labored through the night. When I opened my eyes periodically she was rocking away on a yoga ball, holding space and waiting until I needed something. Eventually, I needed some compression on my hips to ease contractions & her touch was an extension of her presence: gentle and calm, yet confident and assertive. She knew exactly when to step up to help & how to do it without extraneous communication or indecisiveness. My birth was *incredible* in large part due to Noni’s gifts as a doula! If I ever do this again, I will ask her to be a part of it! Our aftercare has also been amazing. She has provided tons of resources and guidance as we transition into parenthood!
