Practice overview
I have a background in cultural anthropology, which I taught at the college level when I traveled through conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for the first time. After my son was born in 2007, my life took a turn towards my heart work, and I have been a postpartum doula in Western North Carolina since 2009. I currently serve families IN PERSON (focusing on Ayurvedic cooking for postpartum recovery and breastmilk production). I also have various ONLINE OFFERINGS including VIRTUAL COACHING for parents during the first 3 months of their baby's life, BIRTH STORY HEALING for either partner, and ONLINE COURSES for expectant couples.

We worked with Molly from the first week our baby was born until I was about 4 or 5 months postpartum. From the first day of working with Molly, I learned how it is to truly feel “nourished,” on both a physical level and a soul level. She provided thoughtful and compassionate emotional support, answered questions non-judgmentally, provided informative advice/wisdom, and left my kitchen sparkly and full of healthy, yummy food. I’m already looking forward to having her back for our next baby. She is a wonderful person and an incredible doula.
