In My heart I know that the most important thing to a new mother is the ability to relax without anxiety, in the first month of giving birth, not only are you feeling so many things physically with your body, but mentally, and hormonally as well. In cases like this it so helpful to have someone who will do all the household duties and make a hot meal while caring for the family so mommy can get all the rest she needs to recover.

A mother who is cared for 100% and well rested during her first month after birth, is a mother who will not only be more equipped for hormone changes that occur naturally, but much like childhood trauma that my stick, a birthing trauma can do the same, a well cared for mother with all of Her and new Babies need are met, a new mother will have all the tools to overcome and prosper in motherhood.
