Since I entered the path of motherhood in the year of 2014 my passion in helping expecting parents grew. I have always sincerely helped and guided individuals at their most vulnerable times specifically speaking when I served others as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room for 10 years. However, my path changed after hearing so many stories from different parents as they were entering the path of parenthood. I decided in becoming a Doula and trained through Dona International. Being a momma of two with two different birth experiences I did not want share my experience but share my knowledge, educate and empower expecting parents. I have realized that every parent deserves support, love, compassion, empowerment and education. Every individual is different with different needs and want. In which it turns out that every pregnancy, birth and postpartum is different. I will honor your path and guide you as you are going through pregnancy and birth. I promise I will gather all the information you need and present it to you and encourage you to make your own choice. Follow your own instincts. I promise to support you and listen to you at your most Vulnerable time during pregnancy and birth. I Promise to encourage you and empower through your journey. I come with open mind, heart and soul to serve you and your partner.

She was able to maneuver my body and get my baby out safely with a vaginal delivery. She worked tirelessly and advocated for me the entire two days of labor and delivery. We love Isabel!

I was looking for someone who was knowledgeable and she shared that knowledge with me so I can be the most prepared for my labor. She met with me 3 or 4 times prior to my due date. During these meetings I felt at ease because I knew that she would be an amazing support for me and my family. I was looking for someone to help me during my contractions and she had a plethora of tools and exercises that we could do together to help me get through those contractions. She’s amazing and I would definitely recommend her any of my friends and family.

I knew I wanted and needed a doula to have the most natural experience, but I had no idea how much of an impact she would make on our lives after all was said and done. We wouldn’t have gotten through it without her. She truly loves what she does and makes you feel so empowered during your experience. I love her integrity, her genuine personality, and loving spirit! We can’t wait to hire her again!

After interviewing a number of potential Doulas, my husband and I instantly knew she was the one for us. What stood out the most was her knowledge and her go-getter/proactive nature. Isabel didn’t wait to be asked to do something, she just does it. She is quick to offer resources- for example, she connected me to classes after I had been looking for months, she was able to find some within my area and connected me. During labor, she just knew what to do and did it. She is very hands-on and takes initiative in all situations. I could not have had the natural, unmedicated birth I wanted without her.

Nothing in my birth went to plan but isabel was a great support and I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a consummate professional experienced and knowledgeable in a wide variety of birth scenarios and kind and compassionate and supportive no matter your circumstance.
