I became interested in birth education and support shortly after the birth of my son in 2019. I started out wanting to become a childbirth educator but after the birth of my daughter and experience with my own doula in 2022, I knew I had to become a doula as well. So, I started Ebb and Flow Birth Co. to help support and empower women and families through conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

She was passionate about all things birth related. During her birth she was able to walk her talk and she did it! After that nothing could stop her.
