Practice overview
I am someone who loves to support and advocate for others. I am a natural born caretaker and get much enjoyment by helping others. I was in the human services world as a chemical dependency counselor for about 15 years and worked with individuals when they were at their worst and never judged their journey. I started my work as a birth and postpartum doula in March of 2022, where I continue to work with others with a nonjudgmental stance. I would be honored to be at your side while bringing a new life into this world as your birth doula. I would also be privileged to work with your growing family during the 4th trimester (12 weeks after delivery). Postpartum can be overwhelming to many, and I would be able to provide tools, tips and an extra set of hands to help!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Erica as a part of our team. She offered fantastic support during labor and I am forever grateful to her for getting me through hard active labor. Her soothing voice and calm cheerleading helped get me to the end. It was truly such a positive experience working with Erica!

As a fellow Doula I often ask her questions or we bounce ideas off each other! I wish I had more opportunities to work directly with her.
