I am a yoga teacher, intuitive reader, and reiki healer. My doula support provides an array of skills that enhances not only your physical path, but nurtures the spiritual threshold experienced when giving birth. Through my personal birth journey, I developed the passion to guide other mothers/birthing people in their own unique stories. It is easy to give your power away but you hold the key in making the right decisions for yourself and your baby. If you can dig deep, sit with what comes up throughout your pregnancy, and remain open to the unexpected, you will be surprised at how much is uncovered within yourself. This realization not only supports your labor and delivery, but also sets you up for the next step into parenthood.
