    A Bay Area native, I became a Full Spectrum Doula because its something I wish I had when I gave birth with my daughter and while I was recovering at home from a cesarean birth. I want to support all types of families from single parents to families with multiple partners, through their fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys. I can provide physical and emotional support for you and your partner(s) during these exciting and sometimes scary times.

    Postpartum Support

    Emotional support: processing birth story, open conversations, connection to resources Lactation support: education on feeding (body feeding or bottle feeding) Infant care so parents can get extra rest physical support: light housekeeping, errands, organization of baby supples, pet care
    Virtual Birth Support
    $ 500
    Weekly prenatal phone/video calls beginning at 36 weeks On call from 36 weeks till birth virtual labor and delivery support 1 virtual check in with family 24-48 hours after birth 2 virtual postpartum sessions to be used within 2 weeks after birth

    I can support you through fertility treatments, birth control education and options. You tell me how I can best support you
