Umi Care is founded and operated by two sisters who are passionate about supporting women, especially black and brown women, during their postpartum period. Only after becoming a mother/aunt, was it truly understood the level of care and support mothers need to properly heal, recover and rejuvenate after birth.

We understand first hand mothers and families may not know what to expect and may feel overwhelmed during these first few weeks transitioning into postpartum. That's why we offer support to help you get through this delicate period with dependable support and advice. Our primary objective is to care and support mom so she can focus on healing and bonding with her baby.
