My many years of experience in childcare and several doula trainings have prepared me for this - my dream job where I get to help make your dreams come true!

    Birth Doula

    As your birth doula, I believe in your ability to birth the way you want to. My goal is to support you and your birth partner in learning and preparing the techniques that will help you throughout your pregnancy and labor to achieve your dream birth. I believe that compassionate, evidence-based support is the key to better birth outcomes. In a study of over 15,000 people who received continuous labor support from a doula, there was a 35% decrease in Cesarean birth, a 15% increase in spontaneous vaginal birth, a 31% decrease in the use of Pitocin, a 14% decrease in newborns admitted to the NICU, and perhaps most importantly, a 35% increase in satisfaction with the birth experience.
