After working in the tech world for several years as a data analyst, I decided to merge my two loves: advocating for birthing individuals and using an evidence-based, data-driven approach to birth.

As a first-time mom, I felt confident in Liz’s evidence-based approach and her knowledge of spinning babies and massage techniques. Liz is professional, cheerful and altogether personable. She found ways to include my husband during pregnancy and in the hospital during the birth of our son. He was OP and we were able to get him head down at which point my water broke on its own. Together they made an awesome team who helped me execute my birth plan with minimal interventions despite having to be induced at 37 weeks. We have much love for Liz in our household and would definitely recommend her services to expecting parents.

January 7, 2021 at 1:55 am | Client reviewFrom my very first interview with Liz, I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she was “the one” to be my doula. She is kind, intelligent, and has a hilarious sense of humor. She has no agenda other than supporting you and is non-judgmental about your labor choices. I knew that I could trust her with my worries, questions, and birth experience. After our prenatal visits where she listened to me and helped us craft a birth plan together, I felt 100% comfortable going into labor with her by my side. Much to all of our surprise, my labor and delivery were incredibly fast and Liz was there coaching and guiding us through a short but intense experience. Since she wasn’t needed for long, she kindly offered to provide extra postpartum support for us weeks down the line when we were exhausted and needed a good night’s sleep. Even now, three months later, I know she is just a text away if I need something. Liz has become more than my former doula…she is now my friend. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and caring support person whose only goal is to be there for you.
