Her nurturing disposition and expert birthing advice allowed me to birth my two children in a safe, calm environment. Liz helped in creating my birth plan and mentally and emotionally supported me throughout the entire labor process. Liz was excellent with postnatal care especially when it came to planning nourishing meals for me and my family, assisting in feeding schedules and providing breast feeding tips. She also taught me some great pelvic floor exercises and yoga moves to strengthen my healing body. Liz is definitely an amazing asset to your birthing team and I could not recommend her enough!
