Practice overview
I’m a young, happily married mom of two. During my first birth I had all these hopes and dreams for my experience that was stolen from me due to health issues. After that I looked into what I could do to help others have the experience I didn’t get to have. After searching and searching I found Doula’s through an ad for a certification program for it. I had no idea what it was so I looked into it. After watching documentaries and reading so many stories of people who utilized Doula’s I fell in love with the career. It became my life. All I could think about all the time. Spending hours when I should be sleeping reading all about the career. It’s my life now in every way. It’s made me a better mother and a better person. Now being certified through a very basic certification just so I could get started and just having something to back up all the knowledge I already had I’m truly ready to continue my journey and love for childbirth with my clients.
