Birth Doula (flex fee $1500-2500)

The Birth Doula Support package includes 2 prenatal meetings, continuous support at home, birth center, and/or hospital during labor & birth, assistance with transition & breastfeeding for 1-2 hours immediately after birth, and a postpartum visit., plus text/email/phone availability during pregnancy & at least 3 months postpartum.

Tracy was invaluable during my pregnancy and delivery. She supported my husband and me through it all and helped us process and prepare when we learned our child’s birth wasn’t going to turn out as we had expected. Tracy helped me advocate for myself and stay calm in challenging moments, and she offered so much wisdom and calm, even into our postpartum period.
