I was a first time mother and very high risk and nervous, however, from my first time speaking with Tara I instantly felt at ease. She not only assisted me with pre labor but also made sure baby and I were well. I had a birth plan but things didn’t go as I expected but Tara assured me that I still did an amazing job, which was something that I needed to hear. She is so genuine and comforting and even my family loved her. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is definitely in her niche and anyone who has her as a doula is blessed!

She helped me prepare for my the birth of my son, I only regret that the hospital wouldn’t allow her to be with me even though hospital policy was allowing doulas at that time. She was great, though. She even came after he was born and helped me. She was and is amazing. I highly recommend her.
