It all begins with a deep breath. Shannon is an amazing postpartum doula. Relax with her home-cooked meals that will keep you nourished and well-fed. Pamper yourself with foot massages and snuggle with your baby while Shannon loads the dishwasher, folds your laundry and draws you a bath. She will light candles and help you have a peaceful and beautiful transition into motherhood.

When I became pregnant with my first child, I knew I wanted a natural and unmedicated childbirth but I had so many questions. When I reached out to & met Shannon for the first time, I knew she was the best choice. She has such a calming & reassuring presence, which I was so grateful to have when it came time for my birth. She helped me feel more confident and secure during each of our prenatal meetings. During my birth, she was by my side the entire time. She anticipated my needs and honored my birth plan. She communicated so kindly & professionally with my family and the staff at the birth center to make sure they honored might birth plan as well. After my birth, she came to my home to bring nutritional postpartum meals and helped clean/take care of things around the house. I cannot recommend her enough!

Shannon was very helpful during her prenatal visits in helping me understand what to expect throughout pregnancy and during birth. She was always responsive when I reached out with questions and she shared useful resources with me. Her postpartum visits were a critical help, especially with meals, laundry, and giving me a break. I would definitely hire Shannon again as a doula and think she’d a wonderful addition to a birth team.

I loved her holistic approach to pregnancy and motherhood. She is so sweet and I would leave every meeting together with more confidence in myself and my body to have a natural birth. I credit her skills for helping me progress through labor fairly quickly for a first time mom. Her postpartum visits are everything a new mom needs with a newborn!
