    - Free consultation with your doula and birth plan review - Unlimited email, text, and phone support - On-call services from 36 weeks until birth - Up to 12 hours of labor support ($25/hour after that) - Evidence-based and judgment-free information during labor and delivery - Postpartum support for 1-2 hours after birth *Note: This package is for those who have given birth before, taken a childbirth class, or need a lower rate. Doula approval required

    - Free consultation - 2 prenatal meetings: birth envisioning and planning - Unlimited email, text, and phone support - On-call services from 36 weeks until birth - Continuous labor support - Evidence-based and judgment-free information during labor and delivery - Up to 12 hours of labor support ($40/hour after that) - Postpartum support for 1-2 hours after birth - Phone and email postpartum support for 4 weeks - 1 Postpartum visit (in person or virtual) to discuss your birth, new parenthood, and lactation
