Postpartum Package DAY

Day time hourly rate of $30 minimum of 15 hours required. Gentle home tidying. Meal preparations and family support. Full birther support.

Postpartum NIGHTS

Minimum 16 hours for Night time shifts. Customizable schedules

After a brief consult. Package includes minimalistic organization , attention-to- detail cleaning and creating a welcoming space for a new family member. Creating nurseries, setting up home care centers, safety tips and responsible life planning. Preparing every birther for parenthood with beautiful peace of mind. Lets organize the pantry, meal plan and trouble shoot shopping and postpartum care.

Risa made a world of difference in my postpartum journey. She kept me well with healthy meals and emotional checks ins. She also had my home in an absolutely beautiful state each day. I never thought I could feel so good in the earliest baby days. Lastly, she was so sweet to our toddler Ada that we invited her to the third birthday party. You will never regret bringing her into your life and home.

Risa is the kindest and most caring person you will ever meet. Her attention to detail in taking care of my wife and myself were exemplary. There is nothing that she was unwilling to do to make sure that our transition with the new baby was as easy as it could be. She made sure that our physical and mental health was first and foremost, making sure that we do important things like eat and shower. She has a love and care that you don’t want to leave your home. She was professional and personable, relatable and gentle, spirited and determined to give all she can to the people she loves, and if you have any conversation with her at all, it becomes clearly evident that she loves her clients and loves what she does. She is a lifelong friend and we are exceptionally happy that we connected with her on a professional and personal level.

Risa is an incredible human and doula- I can’t recommend her services enough. I felt supported every step of the way, from our prenatal visits to laboring, recovering and even postpartum. She is knowledgeable, energetic, uplifting, and so kind. I can’t imagine having had this experience without her!
