I have had 7 births, with 2 born at home including a suprise breech birth. Rebecca was blessed with the last name of Skillman because she truly has a heart for growing families with such precision, direct and/or virtual care for the expecting mother as well as the dad to be and any child becoming a big sister/brother. My experience would not have had the same outcome if Rebecca was not who we chose for the whole experience
I felt heard our very first phone call and cared for each meeting also the knowledge provided was impactful not overstimulating even the videos provided insight to our questions and enlightened our perspective for all unknowns with healthy natural deliveries. God truly led her to assist our homebirth and postpartum with such grace & peace; there was a deepening for my marriaged that was birthed from this supernatural pain free delivery. Any organization will excel from her professionalism.

Rebecca attended my birth on 5/7/22 and was an invaluable part of my birth team. She made sure to meet with us before the birth to show us all the tools she had available, teach us some different pain management techniques that we could practice ahead of time, and provide me with a few little things to help with the rest of my pregnancy. She also listened carefully to our birth preferences and leant us some books that were very helpful in developing a birth plan and preparing for an unmedicated hospital birth. In the weeks leading up to birth she sent over other helpful resources and helped me craft my birth plan (which she also printed and laminated to bring to the hospital!). I ended up having somewhat of a long and kind of weird labor that would stall and then pick up again – it was almost 48 hours from bloody show/very first contractions to birth – and Rebecca stayed in contact with me the whole time, coaching me through it and helping keep my motivation up and reassuring me that it was all normal. In the hospital she was very responsive to my needs, providing different pain relief/comfort measures, helping me get water, and coaching my husband on how best to help me. She was definitely very helpful in advocating for our wishes and guiding us through different medical decisions. My labor and birth went about as smoothly as I could have hoped for and I feel like Rebecca played a big role in ensuring that happened. I’m forever grateful for the support she provided!
