    I started my doula journey with the goal in mind of helping people have the best birthing memory as possible when they look back on their birthing experience. My aspirations are to help you and your support system feel encouraged, safe, supported, and empowered to advocate for yourself. I’ve learned that breathing is one of the most important things not just during your birth journey, but in life. We breathe to be calm, to be fierce, to be brave, to be patient- let me help you find "your breathe to be."

    My main goal as your doula is to support you in any decision you make or preferences you have, I want you to feel safe and comfortable so that you feel and know you are in control of your birth experience. I help you advocate for yourself, I support you mentally, physically and emotionally through breathing techniques, comfort measures/touch (similar to massage)

    Birth Doula Package
    $ 1500
    Initial consultation: We go over how you imagine your birth, what your birth preferences are, and what you're looking for in me as your doula. Prenatal visit We go over all the coping techniques and see what feels comfortable and what doesn't for you, if you have an additional support person it would be preferable that they attend so we can practice together, but it's not necessary. We'll also create your birth plan. Labor and birth There's no time limit, I'll meet you wherever and whenever you need me. I provide flameless candles, string lights, essential oils for a relaxing ambiance and if you would like I'll take photos. Postpartum Visit We go over your labor/birth, any questions concerns, and I bring you a meal.
