Practice overview
Through the encouragement of friends and family I decided to enter into birth work after my own positive and empowering birth experience. I’m a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International, Certified Body Ready Method® Professional, Certified Childbirth Educator, and have up to date CPR certification.
While pregnant, I found there was often too little information, too much information, or worse, conflicting information relating to various aspects of pregnancy and birth. I started researching and reading up on everything I could, and it opened my eyes to the value of a reliable source of information and support!

Natalie is a wealth of knowledge and there were so many things I learned from her that I wish I would have known with my previous birth.
Natalie thoroughly taught me positions, tips, tricks, etc and was always available to talk on the phone. She also sent me many resources that I could read to educate myself on all kinds of things. She followed up after doctors appointments, gave me great questions to ask my OB, and even helped me write my birth plan. Natalie made me feel so confident going into birth.
During labor, she did an amazing job of reassuring and encouraging me and somehow always saying the exact things I needed to hear. I clearly remember things she said that helped me push through and stay focused. Natalie also made sure that every part of my birth plan was carried out which took off a huge weight from my husband and I so that we could really be in the moment.
After birth, she was a great resource as well for breastfeeding, healing, etc. She continued to advocate for me and encourage me as I began this next step of motherhood.
I feel so blessed to have met Natalie and I would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone! You will love her!

Natalie is highly knowledgeable, caring, and intentional when it comes to all things birth. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable when making decisions. There is no judgement, whether you decide to have an all natural birth or a medicated one she is in your corner helping make it possible. At the end of the day, when you hold your beautiful baby in your arms there is no greater feeling. We now call Natalie a good friend and truly could not recommend her enough as a doula.

Natalie is passionate, disciplined, attentive, prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable about pregnancy and labor. We all have our very unique birth experiences and stories. In my case, my labor was nearly 100 hrs. Natalie was with me through it all. She came fully prepared to my home and provided personalized attention to ease my discomfort. However, what remains the most pivotal (and difficult for me to share without getting teary-eyed), is the support she provided as a friend and doula during my labor. What will remain vivid for me all the days of my life, is her voice when I pushed “Dig deep, Rachael”. I did, and have been blessed with my beautiful son. “Dig deep” is something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for her support and presence. You likely will find yourself feeling the same way. She has my highest recommendation. #warriorwomen

There are so many uncertainties when it comes to childbirth, but Natalie helped us navigate those in a way that made us feel prepared and empowered. She helped us to create a detailed birth plan that gave us time to learn about and consider our choices in labor and delivery so we could decide exactly what our wishes are for our delivery experience, and also the contingency plans for inevitable changes. She also gave a personalized, simple, and effective exercise regimen to practice throughout pregnancy that helped to prepare my body in ways I wouldn’t have known I needed otherwise, and as labor approached, she adjusted her recommendations depending on how my body and the baby were responding. One of the greatest gifts Natalie gave us as a doula was the way she brought my partner and I together to practice and prepare for the big day so that the labor felt natural and calm throughout. Even as second time parents we couldn’t believe how much we didn’t know, and were so grateful to have Natalie walk through this whole journey with us. Her expertise and care helped to cultivate a beautiful birth experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. We would highly recommend Natalie as a doula for anyone who is looking for a compassionate and well-informed guide as you take on the adventure of bringing a new life into the world!

As soon as I hired Natalie, she gave me the support I was looking for and I started feeling confident again. Even though I didn’t know which doctor or midwife would be on call for my birth, I knew Natalie would be there every step of the way! She was so encouraging in labor and I definitely recommend her!
