    Care philosophy

    As your doula I will work alongside you and your family during the first few weeks after your birth. I typically focus on nurturing Mom through her recovery, but I will also be supporting partners and extended family as well. I provide education, instruction, comfort, and the resources you need to feel confident in your parenting skills. I'm committed to supporting my community and its needs.

    • I have completed both my Postpartum Doula Training and my Childbirth Education Training through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). I will be receiving those certifications this September. I have an infant and child CPR certification through The American Red Cross. I am currently working towards my Lactation Counseling Certification through the ALPP (The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice)
