Hi y'all! I'm Kirsten, a fun-loving, supportive, millennial doula and professor. For the last eleven years I have had the pleasure of guiding young adults through their matriculation and mentoring them after graduation. Some of my favorite moments have been supporting the young adults in my life during their journeys into parenthood. After supporting a young sexual assault survivor with her pregnancy I decided it was time to certify and officially begin my own journey into birthwork. I offer in person and virtual services to those in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding areas. Three's A Crowd Virtual Experience

This experience allows you to have the support of a doula while staying on the hospital's good side during COVID. It's also perfect for anyone outside of the state of Alabama! This experience includes two virtual prenatal visits, continuous phone/text/email support throughout your pregnancy, 24/7 on call availability from 38-42 weeks, continuous virtual labor support, two hours of virtual support after delivery including help with the initiation of breastfeeding, and a virtual postpartum visit approximately two weeks after birth. Sweet Relief Experience

If you have a great support system in place for your birth, but want to focus on making sure you're comfortable then this is the experience for you. It includes an introduction and demonstration session for you and a support person plus two additional coaching sessions to ensure everyone is prepared to assist during labor and delivery.
