Practice overview
The births of my two children have shaped who I am today as both a mother and a support for womben throughout their entire journey from conception to postpartum. I have a wide variety of training which has shaped how I approach my support for birth and post partum. The power of our thoughts and emotions can make all the difference in our birth experience and I value tools like mindfulness, hypnobirthing, meditation, and taking a deeper look at the beliefs which shape your ideas about birth. I approach birth and postpartum support using coaching methods. We work together to clarify your unique goals, understand your unique reality and possible obstacles, explore all your options, and then take action towards reaching your goals. I have a love for holistic and natural therapies. My services may include Hypnobirthing, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and other holistic knowledge inspired by western herbalism, homeopathy, and Ayurveda. Half of my family is South Indian Telugu, and I am passionate for supporting women from the Indian community desiring support in birth and postpartum which feels more culturally aligned.
