June 8, 2023 at 1:31 am | Client reviewI am so thankful for the opportunity to work with Kaitlin following the birth of my first child. I do not know what I would have done without her! When I began working with Kaitlin, I had many questions and concerns regarding my physical recovery, breastfeeding, our daughter’s development, and family dynamics. In addition, I was overtired and frazzled! After my daughter’s birth, Kaitlin spent a week with my family, providing holistic support. Working with her felt effortless, which was key to me as a new parent. Kaitlin was incredibly flexible in providing just the type of support I needed at a particular moment. This ranged from helping to care for the baby so I could shower or nap, finding resources to assist with my physical recovery, providing nutritious meals, organizing my home to make baby care easier, going with me to daycare visits, helping me to exercise and get out of the house, and more than anything, providing endless advice, support, and encouragement. After our week together, I was rested, reassured, and much more confident in my recovery and in caring for our baby. Kaitlin has continued to be available via phone and email, and she’s been my first call whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. Her calm, pragmatic style is so reassuring and she’s never failed to help or point me to a resource. I really appreciate how much Kaitlin customized her care to my family’s specific needs. Recommend 110%!

June 8, 2023 at 2:32 pm | Client reviewKaitlin is AMAZING and I love her so much, and she very capably kept our household together during a difficult time!
When I needed postpartum surgery for birth injuries, I asked Kaitlin to come help part-time with meal prep, taking care of the baby, and other light housework. She ended up taking care of me, my husband, our baby, our dog, and our house! She fed us all. She did laundry. She took care of my medicines. She made sure my visiting mother-in-law felt comfortable. She helped me process my birth trauma. All the things!
Most importantly (to me), she helped me try to get in comfortable positions to nurse and interact with my baby even though I was recovering from surgery and stuck in bed. And she did it all with calm and without judgment.
Kaitlin is the level hand you want during this turning point in your life, and the steady friend who can help you build a high-functioning household even as things feel chaotic. Take advantage of Kaitlin’s wisdom, compassion, and expertise! I can’t recommend her highly enough!
